The measures taken in this study can be divided into four action areas: optimizing industrial structure, accelerating product upgrading, improving energy efficiency and low-carbon energy source structure.The measures in the four action areas will contribute 22.5 million tons of carbon emission reduction to wuhan in 2015-2020, and the four action areas will contribute 75%, -47%, 62% and 10% of carbon emission reduction respectively

本研究采取的措施分為四大行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域：優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、加速產(chǎn)品升級(jí)、提高能源效率和低碳化能源結(jié)構(gòu)。這四大行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域的措施，在2015-2020年間，將累計(jì)為武漢市貢獻(xiàn)2250萬(wàn)噸的碳減排，四大行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域分別貢獻(xiàn)75%、-47%、62%、10%的碳減排
