The measures taken in this study can be divided into four action areas: optimizing industrial structure, accelerating product upgrading, improving energy efficiency and low-carbon energy source structure.The measures in the four action areas will contribute 22.5 million tons of carbon emission reduction to wuhan in 2015-2020, and the four action areas will contribute 75%, -47%, 62% and 10% of carbon emission reduction respectively

3月15日下午，國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦就2019年《政府工作報(bào)告》的修訂情況進(jìn)行解讀，在推動(dòng)消費(fèi)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)部分，補(bǔ)充了“推動(dòng)加氫設(shè)施建設(shè)”的內(nèi)容。未來(lái)我國(guó)有望充分利用我國(guó)工業(yè)副產(chǎn)氫、可再生能源發(fā)電的優(yōu)勢(shì)，將氫能源納入我國(guó)能源體系，或也借鑒日本、韓國(guó)、歐盟的思路，更新出臺(tái)氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃。
