資料簡介

俄羅斯煉油廠在國內(nèi)市場的成品燃料油銷售量高達(dá)20%，而剩余的量則用于出口。大部分產(chǎn)品銷往發(fā)電公司、公用事業(yè)公司、工業(yè)最終用戶和燃料貿(mào)易商冬季燃料油國內(nèi)消費(fèi)量比夏季增長兩倍。俄羅斯燃料油通過鐵路車和河駁船運(yùn)輸?shù)较M(fèi)者和海港（5月至11月）。該產(chǎn)品在場外市場或電子交易平臺(tái)上通過公平交易進(jìn)行銷售。

Russian refineries sell up to 20pc of produced fuel oil in the domestic market, while remaining volume gets exported. Most of the product is sold to power generation companies, utilities, industrial end-users and bunker traders. In winter months fuel oil domestic consumption increases twofold compared to summer period. Russian fuel oil is transported to consumers and seaports by rail cars and river barges (May to November). The product is sold through arms-length deals at over-the-counter market or at electronic exchange platforms.
