With the continuous development of China's economy since the reform and opening up, the total amount of energy consumption in China has been growing. Among them, coal plays a leading role in the total energy consumption by virtue of natural resource endowment and price advantage. However, in recent years, the environmental problems caused by coal mining and utilization, such as vegetation destruction, ecological environment pollution, and increasing greenhouse gas emissions, have become more and more serious, which proves that it is not sustainable to rely on coal based energy structure to support economic development. Therefore, to change the mode of economic growth and energy consumption has become an urgent problem in China. As the gathering place of industrial industry, cities benefit from the promotion of industrial development. Except for the energy consumed by a few residents, almost all of the energy is put into the daily operation and production of the city. Therefore, studying the policy of controlling the total coal consumption from the perspective of the city is conducive to our bottom-up, point-to-face view of the problem, analysis of the impact of the heterogeneity of different cities on the total coal consumption, so as to more in-depth analysis of the coal consumption situation and utilization level of different cities.
隨著改革開放以來中國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,全國能源消費總量也不 斷增長。其中,煤炭憑借自然資源稟賦和價格優(yōu)勢,在能源消費總量 中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。但是近年來煤炭開采和利用造成的植被破壞、生態(tài) 環(huán)境污染、溫室氣體排放量不斷增加等環(huán)境問題愈演愈烈,證明了依 靠以煤炭為主的能源結(jié)構(gòu)來支持經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的模式是不可持續(xù)的。因此, 改變經(jīng)濟增長模式和能源消費方式成為中國亟待解決的問題。城市作 為工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚地,促進工業(yè)發(fā)展的同時也受益其中。除少數(shù)居民 生活消耗的能源外,幾乎所有的能源都被投入到城市的日常運作和生 產(chǎn)之中。因此,從城市的角度研究控制煤炭消費總量的政策有利于我 們自下而上、由點到面地看待問題,剖析不同城市的異質(zhì)性對于煤炭 消費總量的影響,從而更加深入地分析不同城市的煤炭消費狀況和利 用水平。-
