2017年5月版《立法入門：美國與煤炭相關(guān)的立法》旨在作為一種資源，重點介紹2015年至2017年期間頒布的與開采、資源利用、財政問題、技術(shù)開發(fā)、電網(wǎng)可靠性和排放問題有關(guān)的煤炭立法，以及激勵措施。二氧化碳（CO2）捕集和儲存和CO2提高采收率技術(shù)的部署。在公布時，許多州立法機關(guān)仍在就這些問題進(jìn)行立法。
The May 2017 Edition of the Legislative Primer: Coal Related Legislation in the United States is designed to serve as a resource that highlights recently enacted coal legislation from 2015 to 2017 relating to extraction, resource utilization, fiscal issues, technology development, grid reliability, and emissions concerns as well as incentives for carbon dioxide (CO2) capture and storage and CO2- enhanced oil recovery technology deployment. At the time of publication, many state legislatures remained in session with pending legislation on these issues.
