受益供給側(cè)改革，氯堿景氣上行：受供給側(cè)改革的影響，新增氯堿產(chǎn)能困難，氯堿平衡造成部分企業(yè)開工率下降。下游氧化鋁、化纖、造紙等景氣向上，燒堿需求旺盛，32%液堿價(jià)格目前處于1300元/噸歷史高位。公司擁有較低的氯堿生產(chǎn)成本和完善的氯氣消耗配套設(shè)備，能夠最大化受益供給側(cè)改革紅利帶來的燒堿價(jià)格中樞提升。供需缺口尚存，環(huán)氧丙烷景氣有望延續(xù)：環(huán)氧丙烷氯醇法產(chǎn)能受限，HPPO法產(chǎn)能開工率較低，下游冰箱、軟體等家具需求堅(jiān)挺，PO價(jià)格持續(xù)上升，華東地區(qū)PO價(jià)格已經(jīng)突破12000元/噸。新增產(chǎn)能主要是共氧化法和HPPO工藝，受環(huán)保和技術(shù)壁壘的影響，產(chǎn)能利用率將處于低位，PO供應(yīng)緊張局面依然延續(xù)。原材料丙烯價(jià)格維穩(wěn)，PO價(jià)格不斷上移，公司盈利能力大幅提升。PO產(chǎn)能處于青黃不接之時(shí)，PO景氣有望延續(xù)。
