美國能源部(DOE或Department)正在發(fā)布這一修訂的意向通知，以告知公眾正在進行的環(huán)境影響報告書(EIS)范圍的變化。EIS,能源部將評估項目的潛在環(huán)境影響氫能源提出的加州,LLC (HECA)根據(jù)1969年國家環(huán)境政策法》(NEPA)(42事項4321 et seq),環(huán)境質(zhì)量委員會的NEPA規(guī)定(40 CFR地區(qū)1500 - 1508年),和能源部的NEPA法規(guī)(10 CFR 1021部分)。

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE or the Department) is publishing this Amended Notice of Intent to inform the public of changes in the scope of an ongoing environmental impact statement (EIS). In this EIS, DOE will assess the potential environmental impacts of a project proposed by Hydrogen Energy California, LLC, (HECA) pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.), the Council on Environmental Quality’s NEPA regulations (40 CFR Parts 1500– 1508), and DOE’s NEPA regulations (10 CFR Part 1021).
