Many places have introduced policies that combine new energy with energy storage and primary frequency modulation, wind and solar + energy storage, which will be the "driving engine" of the domestic energy storage market in the future.

6月19日，浙江省發(fā)改委發(fā)布《浙江省加快培育氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見（征求意見稿）》（下文簡稱《意見》），提出到2022年浙江氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值規(guī)模超100億元，氫燃料電池整車、系統(tǒng)集成以及核心零部件等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈全面形成，氫燃料電池整車產(chǎn)能達(dá)到1000輛，氫燃料發(fā)動機(jī)產(chǎn)量超過1萬臺，累計(jì)推廣氫燃料電池汽車1000輛，建成加氫站30座以上。到2025年氫能裝備和核心零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)體系基本完備。開展嘉興公交應(yīng)用示范試點(diǎn)、寧波港口物流應(yīng)用示范試點(diǎn)、杭州亞運(yùn)會通勤專線應(yīng)用示范試點(diǎn)、舟山海洋應(yīng)用示范試點(diǎn)。
