Energy storage is an important driver for climate neutral transformation of energy systems. It can also be combined with other technologies that can enhance the flexibility of high proportion renewable energy power systems, such as grid expansion, demand response and energy efficiency technologies.

電網(wǎng)側(cè)電化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能規(guī)?；ㄔO(shè)起步，模式探索、成本下降仍在持續(xù)。2018年以來(lái)，電網(wǎng)側(cè)儲(chǔ)能項(xiàng)目迅速發(fā)展，2018年當(dāng)年新增投運(yùn)電網(wǎng)側(cè)電化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能規(guī)模206.8MW，在電網(wǎng)側(cè)儲(chǔ)能的帶動(dòng)下，我國(guó)當(dāng)年新增電化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能1.01GW，突破GW/GWh級(jí)別。盡管在政策鼓勵(lì)、成本下降的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，電網(wǎng)側(cè)儲(chǔ)能實(shí)現(xiàn)了初步規(guī)模化發(fā)展，但目前所依托的經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃模式比較單一，資產(chǎn)定價(jià)及管理辦法仍需進(jìn)一步細(xì)化。實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模商業(yè)化發(fā)展仍需商業(yè)模式突破，成本持續(xù)下降。
