This?report?summarizes?the?findings?of?a?review?of?the? economic?impacts?of?a?selected?group?of?technology? investments?whose?objective?is?to?reduce?greenhouse? gas?(GHG)?emissions.?The?review?focuses?primarily?on? the?investments?made?and?their?impact?on?gross?domestic? product?(GDP)?and?employment.?Many?of?the?investments,? particularly?those?intended?to?create?new?technologies,? are?difficult?to?assess?in?terms?of?their?potential?impact? on?GHG?emissions.?In?addition?to?looking?at?the?eco- nomic?impacts?of?the?investments,?we?also?review?the? various?funding?models?used?to?fund?the?investments.
