資料簡(jiǎn)介

本報(bào)告在研究職權(quán)范圍中規(guī)定的目的如下：（a）“評(píng)估通過(guò)應(yīng)用碳捕獲與封存技術(shù)，特別是通過(guò)將天然氣重新注入地下地質(zhì)層，減少東南亞天然氣生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳排放的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性?！币约埃╞）“在發(fā)現(xiàn)碳捕獲和封存方面，將提高認(rèn)識(shí)、建設(shè)能力和發(fā)展人力資本結(jié)合起來(lái)。”

The aims of this report as set out in the terms of reference for the study are as follows — (a) “to assess the techno-economic feasibility of reducing CO2 emissions resulting from natural gas production in South-East Asia through the application of CCS technologies, specifically by re-injecting the gas into subsurface geological formations” and (b) “a combination of promoting awareness, building capacity and developing human capital in the discovery of CCS.”
