資料簡(jiǎn)介
本研究的目的是將現(xiàn)有CO管道上的公共領(lǐng)域信息整理成一份全面的參考文獻(xiàn)。其他目的是討論科爾公司與其他公司，特別是天然氣、管道的異同，并概述。從這項(xiàng)研究中得到的全部經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)應(yīng)該支持那些沒有定期處理高額計(jì)算和成本估算的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)者、決策者、監(jiān)管者和政府機(jī)構(gòu)。
The aim of this study is to collate Infommation from the public domain on existing COpipelines Into a comprehensive reference document. Other objectives are to discuss thesimilarities and differences between Cor and other, especially natural gas, pipelines and toprovide an overview. The overall lessons leamed from this study should support projectdevelopers, decision makers, regulators, and govemmental bodies who do not deal withengieering calculations and cost estimates on a regular basis.
