?2013年荷蘭能源協(xié)議——關(guān)閉5座“老”煤電廠，以換取廢除煤炭稅——仍有5座電廠保留?Urgenda案例，2015年6月——一家民事法庭裁定，到2020年，荷蘭的二氧化碳排放量應(yīng)該(必須)減少25%:?由非政府組織發(fā)起的徹底關(guān)閉所有燃煤電廠的運(yùn)動?荷蘭議會動議要求政府制定逐步淘汰燃煤電廠的計(jì)劃:?政府將在2016年秋季提交報(bào)告，并提出建議?具體日期尚未確定，但討論了2020年和2025年?無論是總理還是部長都不支持提前關(guān)閉所有燃煤電廠，但目前議會中的多數(shù)人支持?現(xiàn)在是關(guān)于成本和收益的很多爭論的問題?政府也將對Urgenda的裁決提出上訴
