資料簡介

在內(nèi)閣秘書處的主持下，煤炭部于2009-10年啟動了實施績效監(jiān)測和評估系統(tǒng)的行動。在2013-14年期間，根據(jù)2012-13年結(jié)果框架文件（RFD）評估了該部在2012-13年的績效，并向煤炭部提交了2013-14年煤炭部結(jié)果框架文件。內(nèi)閣秘書處，其主要目標是實現(xiàn)年度行動計劃目標，以實現(xiàn)國際勞工組織的煤炭生產(chǎn)和煤炭開采，褐煤公司的褐煤生產(chǎn)和發(fā)電的年度行動計劃目標，以確保向受監(jiān)管的電力公司，自備煤田的開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)提供充足的煤炭，關于資源開發(fā)，洗煤能力提高，礦山安全狀況的改善，煤田地區(qū)鐵路和公路基礎設施的發(fā)展以及其他政策問題。

Action for implementation of the system for monitoring and evaluation of performance was initiated in the year 2009-10 in the Ministry of Coal under the aegis of Cabinet Secretariat. During 2013- 14, the performance of the Ministry was evaluated for the 2012-13, on the basis of the Results Framework Document (RFD) 2012-13 and the Results Framework Document of the Ministry of Coal for 2013-14 was submitted to the Cabinet Secretariat with main objectives of achievement of annual action plan targets for Coal production and Coal offtake by CIL, lignite production and power generation by NLC, to ensure adequate supply of Coal to the regulated power utilities, development and production from captive Coal blocks, thrust on exploration of resources, increase in Coal washing capacities, improvement in safety conditions in mines, development of rail and road infrastructure in Coalfield areas and other policy issues.
