INDCs–低排放煤炭技術(shù)保證

發(fā)改委今日下發(fā)通知，要求進(jìn)一步提高市場(chǎng)化交易電量規(guī)模，煤炭、鋼鐵、有色、建材四行業(yè)用電全電量參與市場(chǎng)化交易，有序放開(kāi)水電核電市場(chǎng)化，取消跨省跨區(qū)交易限制，協(xié)商建立“基準(zhǔn)電價(jià)+浮動(dòng)機(jī)制”的市場(chǎng)化定價(jià)機(jī)制。
