茲隨函附上新的內(nèi)閣特別工作組（MTF）關(guān)于將煤炭資源合理化為電力部門的報(bào)告的副本。國(guó)際貨幣基金組織的報(bào)告已被主管當(dāng)局接受。請(qǐng)Cll和SCL采取必要的后續(xù)行動(dòng)，在報(bào)告第一階段提交論壇后，立即向本部匯報(bào)所采取的行動(dòng)，并在收到本函之日起通知本部。

I am directed to forward herewith a copy of the report of the new Inministerial Task Force(MTF)on Rationalization of sources of Coal to Power Sec2. The report of the IMTF has been accepted by the Competent Authority3. Cll and SCCL are requested to take necessary follow up action foraton of Stage 1 recation of the report with immediate efstatus report on the action taken may be intimated to this Ministry withinfrom the date of receipt of this letter
