茲隨函附上新的部際工作隊(IMTF)關(guān)于將煤炭資源合理化為電力部門的報告的副本2。國際貨幣基金組織的報告已被主管當(dāng)局接受。要求Cll和SCL采取必要的后續(xù)行動，以執(zhí)行報告的第一階段建議，立即生效Astatus關(guān)于所采取的行動的報告可在收到本函之日起15天內(nèi)通知本部。

I am directed to forward herewith a copy of the report of the new InterMinisterial Task Force(IMTF)on Rationalization of sources of Coal to Power Sector2. The report of the IMTF has been accepted by the Competent Authority3. Cll and SCCL are requested to take necessary follow up action forimplementation of Stage 1 recommendation of the report with immediate effect Astatus report on the action taken may be intimated to this Ministry within 15 daysfrom the date of receipt of this letter
