MoC的核心目標與其確保滿足不同部門需求的煤炭供應以生態(tài)友好和可持續(xù)的方式發(fā)展經(jīng)濟政府增產(chǎn)的總體任務公司以及采用先進潔凈煤技術的圈閉開采路線；加大勘探力度大力增加已探明資源，開發(fā) 撤離煤炭所必需的基礎設施。

The core objectives of MoC are linked to its vision of securing the availability of coal to meet the demand of different sectors of the economy in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner and the overall mission of augmenting production through Government companies as well as the captive mining route by adopting stateof-the-art-clean-coal technologies; enhancing exploration efforts with thrust on increasing proven resources and developing the necessary infrastructure from evacuation of coal.
