本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了注射成型塑料圓柱齒輪（簡(jiǎn)稱“注塑齒輪”或“齒輪”）輪齒同側(cè)齒面偏差和徑向綜合偏差的術(shù)語、精度制架構(gòu)和允許值。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僅適用于單個(gè)齒輪的偏差要素，而不針對(duì)齒輪副。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根據(jù)注塑齒輪精度的特點(diǎn)，規(guī)定了9個(gè)公差等級(jí)，從4級(jí)到12級(jí)。5.3提供了偏差的公差計(jì)算公式。這些公差可以應(yīng)用于以下范圍：
5≤z≤1000
0.5mm≤d≤280mm
0.1mm≤m_n≤3.5mm
0.2mm≤b≤40mm
β≤45º
其中：
z一一齒數(shù)；
d一一分度圓直徑；
m_n一一法向模數(shù)；
b——齒寬（軸向）；
β——螺旋角。
