第37卷第1期電站輔機(jī)Vol. 37 No. 12016年3月Power Station Auxiliary EquipmentMar. 2016文章編號(hào):1672- 0210(2016)01-0045-04循環(huán)水泵出口液控蝶閥調(diào)試時(shí)常見故障及處理何冬輝,魏長(zhǎng)宏,安凱(遼寧東科電力有限公司,遼寧沈陽10006)摘要:自動(dòng)保壓重錘式液控蝶閥作 為循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)的主控閥門和安全閥,既能消除水錘造成的危害,又可控制水泵的反轉(zhuǎn),起到保護(hù)機(jī)組及管網(wǎng)安全的作用。根據(jù)某電廠新建機(jī)組循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)配備的液控蝶閥的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作原理,結(jié)合液控蝶閬在調(diào)試過程中發(fā)生的問題以及所積累的調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn),綜述了該類型蝶閥的調(diào)試要點(diǎn),分析了在調(diào)試和運(yùn)行過程中容易出現(xiàn)的故障和產(chǎn)生原因,由此提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施和處理對(duì)策,提高了液控蝶閥運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。關(guān)鍵詞:蝶閥;液壓控制;調(diào)試;要點(diǎn);故障;處理;對(duì)策;運(yùn)行中圖分類號(hào):TH31文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:BCommissioning Common Faults and Treatment for Outlet Hydraulic ControlButterfly Valve of Circulating Water PumpHE Dong-hui',WEI Chang-hong, AN Kai(Liaoning Dongke Electric Power Co. Based on the structural features and working principles of the hydraulic controlbutterfly valve of circulating water system for a new power plant, and combined with trial operation process ofhydraulic control butterly valve and the cumulative experiences of commissioning, the key commissioning technicalessentials of the butterfly valve are summarized and the reasonsfor the common faults generated of the valve areanalyzed during start-up commissioning and operation process in this paper. Furthermore, the correspondingprevention and treatment measures are put forward for these faults, in order to improve the stability and reliability ofthe hydraulic control buttrfly valve.Key words: butterfly valve; hydraulic control; commissioning; essentials; faults; treatment; measures; operation程序,分階段按角度實(shí)現(xiàn)開、關(guān)動(dòng)作。閥門開啟后,0概述液壓系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)保壓,使重錘不下降,蝶板不抖動(dòng)。關(guān)自動(dòng)保壓重錘式液控蝶閥既具有水泵出口電動(dòng)閉時(shí),按預(yù)定的時(shí)間和角度,分快、慢兩階段關(guān)閉。閘閥的作用,又有止回閥的功能,即有一閥替代兩閥因此,液控蝶閥對(duì)防止水泵倒轉(zhuǎn),抑制和消除水壓波的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可減少占地面積和降低投資成本,是電站循動(dòng)及水錘產(chǎn)生具有良好的效果間,可起到保護(hù)機(jī)組環(huán)水系統(tǒng)截?cái)嗷蚪油ń橘|(zhì)的理想設(shè)備"。液控蝶閥及管網(wǎng)安全的作用?,F(xiàn)根據(jù)液控蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原是根據(jù)啟停泵的水力過渡過程理論[1 ,按預(yù)先設(shè)定理,針對(duì)性地列舉了蝶閥的常見故障,分析了產(chǎn)生故中國煤化工收稿日期:2015-10-28[HCNMHG作者簡(jiǎn)介:何冬輝(1982-),男,畢業(yè)于大連理工學(xué)院,碩士,工程師,從事火電汽輪機(jī)的調(diào)試工作。45
