Tuberculosis is common in developing countries but hepatic tuberculosis is rare, especially in the form of hepatic tuberculomas or macronodular tuberculoma. Most of the cases have been misdiagnosed as hepatic tumours on medical imaging.1-3 Many reports have described its magnetic resonance image (MRI) and differential diagnosis.4-11 This paper is a summary of MRI findings and analysis of 10 cases with hepatic tuberculoma.
